Shipping policy

Hard Knox Protection Group ships from, Burlington, Ontario, Canada. In order to offer the best shipping prices possible, we use multiple shipping carriers and logistics partners such as Chit Chats, GLS, ICS, FedEx, UPS, Canada Post and USPS to ship orders across Canada and to the United States. We typically experience average delivery times of around three to ten working days, depending on location. In most cases, the destination country’s postal or courier service is the one delivering your order.
Because we ship delivery duties paid (DDP) on eligible services, Hard Knox Protection Group is generally responsible for applicable import duties, taxes and brokerage fees on your shipment. When these charges apply, they are either built into our product pricing and/or the shipping rate shown at checkout, so you should not receive a surprise bill from the carrier at delivery. If any duties or taxes are still requested from you at the door, please contact us before paying so we can review the charge.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
For orders shipping within Canada, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We ship from Burlington, Ontario using a combination of shipping partners. This may include services booked through platforms such as Chit Chats, ClickShip and Freightcom, which in turn use a wide variety of carriers (for example, Canada Post, GLS, ICS, FedEx, UPS and other delivery partners) for final delivery. Any applicable Canadian taxes and fees on shipping are included in the prices you see from us.
SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES
We offer international shipping to the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders to the U.S. are shipped from Canada using Chit Chats and its partner carriers (such as USPS and other U.S. delivery services) for final delivery. When duties or import taxes apply on our DDP services, we take responsibility for those charges and build them into our pricing and/or shipping rate. You should not normally be asked to pay extra duties or taxes on delivery. If a carrier requests additional payment, please contact us so we can investigate.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for delivery and the return. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hardknoxshop@nedemfg.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case‑by‑case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
